This is another color morph of Porcellio laevis. These isopods are a favorite starter pod and easy keeper! They grow to a fairly large size and are very active. We do not recommend using these as a clean up crew in an invertebrate setup, as they have been known to eat molting invertebrates. They like a protein heavy diet such as fish flake, dry whole minnows, freeze dried peas, and dry river shrimps!
