Hogna maderiana (Porto Santo Wolf Spider) about 3/4"

Hogna maderiana (Porto Santo Wolf Spider) is a hardy "true" spider that collectors find quite fun to have in their collection.  They are mighty hunters and create nice burrows, but you will see this spider as they do not stay burrowed all of the time.
