About: This striking arboreal species from India makes a great display tarantula. It has bold, striking markings on its carapace and abdomen, but once you look at its underside you might think it to be a different spider. Sporting bright yellow markings contrasted against black bands, the colors on this tarantula are most striking underneath. This species is now unfortunately described as vulnerable in it's natural habitat, due to habitat fragmentation.
