This tarantula is quite a delight.  It is a very good choice for a display tarantula because it stays out in the open most of the time and displays a stunning shimmering burgundy carapace.  The scrofa tends to be a very tolerant tarantula and is somewhat active.  They are not prone to bolt or be aggressive.
