Orphnaecus philippinus (Philippine Tangerine)

This beautiful, orange, Asian species is rarely seen in the hobby.  Though it is a burrowing tarantula, it can often be seen on the top of its webbing, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to appreciate the bright coloration of this beauty!

Housing Needs: Terrestrial burrower setup. This tarantula needs moist substrate.
Temperament: Shy and skittish – not aggressive, but very fast.
