General info: Behold the Brazilian Jewel Tarantula – Typhochlaena seladonia! This stunning, metallic-colored arboreal species will create a unique trapdoor habitat and is best suited for experienced hobbyists. Not only is it a highly sought-after species, it also requires careful attention to its environment, including the need for good ventilation and available material for trapdoor building. Add one of these beauties to your collection today!

We are shipping these beauties with the cork and webbing they have established in their current habitat with us.  We will include one of our square vials with the flip lid that has added ventilation holes drilled in them.  This should help them acclimate quicker and they may find the trap door they have already made once housed in their new habitat.  We will also include tiny red runner feeders.

This species makes a trapdoor and has some very specific housing needs.   The housing we send is what we use ourselves for those we have raised up and have had great success with.
